Assuming the title is all cool. I'd pay $12K. It's too much for sure, but someone did go to the trouble of importation which is a $3-8k ordeal. It's totally emotionally priced, and will be emotionally purchased. But damn... E30 wagon. mmm..

NP unicorn all the way if it's clean underneath. Sell the rims and install some stock 325iX wheels. Lose the goofy grilles and the X Drive badge. Enjoy E30 AWD wagon lusciousness this coming winter. Yeah, sign me right up, please.
